Pre-filtration is one of the most important stages of any system installation. Hydropure makes the pre-filtration process simple and easy by providing a range of pre-filter housings to suit almost any requirements. Our new FRP Epoxy Filament wound upright, Multi Element Filter Housings, are one of the most effective ways to solve the problem of system pre-filtration with saline or corrosive fluids. The housings have no wetted steel components. Standard pressure rating is 150psi with optional 250psi available

 

Main Features of the FRP Multi Cartridge Filter Housing

  • Body Constructed of FRP higher tensile strength and broader chemical resistance than SS
  • No Wetted Steel Parts - longer vessel life, especially in desalination and other high corrosion applications
  • Easier Handling, Lower Installation Cost, separate top/bottom closure system, faster cartridge access and change-out
  • Standard Design Features separate dirty/clean water drain ports, top vent connection, side in/out connections
  • IPS Groove In/Out Connection - Standard groove-to-groove couplings available
  • ASME Section X designed and tested in accordance
  • 5, 12, 22 round X 20", 30" 40". 60 round X 40", 50", 60", 70"
